Center nav tab, home card and /whatsapp view explaining the Console WhatsApp channel. Number is hardcoded per env and still unset, so the CTA stays disabled.

Why
Console lets users move money through WhatsApp. The wallet needs a visible, self-explanatory entry point to that channel.
How it works
