feat(wallet): publish the personal data policy in legal

Why

Profile → Legal → Privacy policy only showed a coming soon placeholder. Legal shared the final personal data treatment policy (Pagos Cube S.A.S., v1.2, in force since 22 July 2026) for the wallet.

How it works

• The policy text lives in legal/-content/privacy.ts in the same markdown subset the terms use (headings, bold, paragraphs) and renders through the existing LegalMarkdown component.
• The page drops the document's own title and shows its h1 instead, same as the terms page.

Changes

• New privacy.ts content transcribed from legal's v1.2 document (25 sections).
• legal/privacy renders the policy instead of the placeholder.
• Removed the now-unused legal.privacy.comingSoon* i18n keys.
• E2E: opening the policy from profile, section headings present, back returns to profile.

Dev requirements

None.

Risk

• Content-only change. Any future wording update means editing privacy.ts.
