Update VSCode in cluster instructions for new cluster

With the new cluster migration, the setup for launching a VSCode instance in a computing node needs to be updated.

Things to adapt:

• SSH tunnel is not needed anymore
• SSH config only requires HostName and ProxyJump. User and Port are not needed
• Use the new domain irblogin02.sc.irbbarcelona.org
• Explain Open On Demand (OOD), or at least have a link to it. http://ood.sc.irbbarcelona.org/
