The public installer still downloads v0.1.0, which cannot use the hosted setup flow. Prepare v0.2.0 with host-backed defaults: install →
tress setup→ join the saved thread, using the host's credentials. Standalone execution remains available through--local.The release workflow tests each optimized macOS/Linux executable on ARM64 and x86-64 before packaging. It checks the embedded version, hosted defaults, private connection storage, redacted diagnostics, and hidden-key terminal input. Publishing requires the version tag after this PR merges.
Integrated the current main, including host diagnostics, demo limits, and the host/client role UI. Fixed managed stream probes to send Statewire negotiation headers: previously a healthy Harness connection could report HTTP 400. A regression test now exercises the actual Statewire host without sending commands. Updated the installer guidance, migration/release docs, and site version labels.
