What changes

• The boot screen names the service that is starting again ("Starting your library..." + service), in the previous format.
• The shutdown screen names the service that is stopping again ("Shutting down..." + service).
• Both screens read the pdsm lines the environment already prints: a viewer, no new state. The reconciler stays the only owner of start and stop. Stop lines do not count as a sign of life.
• A line under the service shows the exact app build (BuildConfig.VERSION_NAME), on the boot and the shutdown screens.
• UI changes:
  • New: version line (for example "v1.1.0-4ebffbba"). It is not a translatable string.
  • The start and stop service lines return, with no wording change.
  • The splash screen does not change.

Why

• The service lines stopped when start and stop moved to the app-scoped reconciler (ADR-5343 Phase 4): that path only logged the pdsm lines.
• A tester can see the exact build without opening Settings.

Verifications

• Samsung A16 (dark, Spanish), cold launch: service line (nginx, kiwix) and version line show, then the library opens.
• Samsung A16, Settings -> Turn off: "Shutting down..." names calibre-web, dash-node, forgejo, with the version line, until the app exits.
• The version line hides when the gate lifts and during an install.
• Two-pass review: the pdsm pattern moved from ServerController (not copied). The listener is set in onResume and cleared in onPause (identity check). Nothing is persisted. Backup and restore stop lines are not shown (the screen shows lines only during boot or shutdown).

Notes

• A late viewer sees only later lines. Services that start before the screen exists are not shown.
