Description of changes:
After these PRs are merged:

• feat: Report OpenQASM output variables in simulation results amazon-braket-default-simulator-python#416
• fix: support register measurement and loop-scoped registers amazon-braket-default-simulator-python#401
• fix: allow task results that report outputs instead of measurements amazon-braket-sdk-python#1369

then the default simulator and SDK will natively support the functionality necessary for AutoQASM programs. This PR removes the custom McmSimulator implementation from this repo, since it is no longer necessary.

TODO before merging: Update setup.py to constrain min version of amazon-braket-sdk and amazon-braket-default-simulator to reflect the versions that contain the merged PRs above.
