Мотивация и контекст
Сейчас, чтобы получить контроль за закрытием попапа мобильного меню, нужно делать костыль, который обращается к инстансу селекта и подменяет или расширяет метод handlePopupCloserClick. Логичней иметь возможность пробросить коллбек в компонент Select.
