Wrap remaining AWS resource providers with
flociDualsopnpm test:aws:devhits floci. Lambda Function, ECS Service, and ECS Task keep their dedicated local providers. Website Server stays on its existing local provider.Floci counterpart: alchemy-run/floci#6
IAM policy enforcement stays out of scope.
