The production runtime has no Sudo and starting an auction is a Root call, so scripts/seed_auctions.py writes 8 Lifetime and 8 Daily auctions into the raw spec. The para id is now 2000, the one the preset writes into parachainInfo: with 2048 the node's mock relay chain had no head for the parachain and v52 panicked on block 1. A new account with no XRT is funded by transfer, bids in a seeded auction, waits for the rotation, sets devices and writes through the subscription; a stranger device, a too-small bid and a fresh Daily subscription fail with the runtime's own errors. make_oracle, subscribe and every Sudo call are gone: the runtime has no Sudo. The development-chain tests move from the runtime v50 wasm to v52, the newest release that ships its wasm. The library is unchanged; no release is needed.
scripts/devchain.sh: runtime v52 (sha256 pinned), and--para-id 2000.
