Changes
ELF mixed Context Pack contracts, routing, and assembly in one file, while benchmark scheduling, scoring, and product adapters shared large entrypoints. Separate these responsibilities while preserving public APIs, benchmark schemas, scoring, and command behavior.
Align engineering conventions with acg-box/vibe-mono at 3ec54864: explicit cargo-make defaults, one
checkgate, locked Cargo tasks, task-aware TOML formatting, minimal Rust components, and shared pinned CI setup. Preserve all seven workflow lanes and specialized runtime assertions. Remove stale template ruleset exports and unused Prettier configuration.Release builds select the four shipped binaries and verify source/target identity and archive contents. Keep existing platforms, linkers, schedules, and publication scope.
Fix validation gaps: explicit integration runs fail on missing environment; trace fixture writes and evaluation share the selected DSN; task registration follows actual makefile extensions; ranking harness processes use built binaries directly.
Validation
An exploratory September product-value review is included as documentation; it proposes a task-level pilot and makes no new superiority or feature claims.
Hosted Linux/Windows release execution and steady-state CI savings are not claimed. No production data, remote rules, or release was changed.
