fix Feathered Knife and fluid rituals; fix tinkerer

• feathered knife drained steadfast will instead of destructive for the 20% sacrifice bonus
• feathered knife would not let the owner be affected by vengeful at all
• water/lava ritual couldnt fill mek tanks/machines due to filling with null direction, now fills from the top
• ritual tinkerer would advance both the range and its state when shift rightclicking a MRS
• ritual tinkerer range reset by holding an orb in the offhand while shift rightclicking a MRS while in range mode would show the previously defined range instead of the reset version
