Populate Necramech blueprint cost from wiki blueprint data

Summary

The Necramech wiki transformer reads MarketCost from blueprint data but does not map numeric BPCost to bpCost. The parser's Necramech wiki integration passes the transformed bpCost to the item, so the omitted mapping leaves the blueprint cost unavailable.

Scope

• In build/wikia/transformers/transformNecramech.ts, map numeric Blueprint.BPCost to bpCost; preserve undefined when the blueprint or numeric value is unavailable.
• In build/types/shared.ts, declare bpCost?: number on the shared WikiaNecramech type.
• Add or update a test that covers numeric and missing blueprint costs.

Acceptance criteria

Necramech wiki data includes bpCost when a numeric BPCost is present and omits it otherwise.

This is an artifact of my PR from a bit ago so I thought I would comment on this. For Warframes the base non-prime form many of them have a BP-cost as they are bought through the market, but for Necramechs none of the blueprints are acquired with credits as of now, they both have standing costs. I suppose it may have been worth the conversation during the PR but I opted to not include the BP cost for that reason.

I took a look at the WF wiki data as well, and they have a tag "BPStanding" in the blueprints module that could be used in theory but that would require a bit more of change I would imagine, since things that use standing are not limited to Necramechs. Additionally, it seems that there actually are not entries for the Bonewidow and Voidrig blueprints, so that may cause some tests to fail if any are made.
