- 发布流水线仅分发各插件 .vpx 和 SHA256SUMS.txt，不再产出 zip 包
- 删除主仓库批量获取插件 zip 的描述，强调单独分发 .vpx
- 更新 README.md 和 Directory.Build.props，去除 zip 相关内容，明确 VelaPluginsVersion 仅作版本标记
- 说明 build/PluginBundle.proj 仅用于批量生成 .vpx 和 CI 体检插件目录，不再产出 zip
- 明确示例插件不参与分发布局，仅供参考
- 修正注释和流程描述以匹配最新分发策略
