Add TopSky shortcut for SMAAs

What is the current situation?

Currently, there are several TopSky key combos for VRPs, heli routes, extended centrelines, and airspace bases.

What is the proposed change?

Add shortcut using key combo alt+m

Seems like this may have to be put on hold for a while pending other works as TS seemingly doesn't want to display from the Sids folder.
