Move DiscordEuroscope Discord application to VATSIM UK Discord account

Currently, the DiscordEuroscope plugin uses a Discord application associated with my Discord account to display the name of the application, images, etc. While I'm sure there is no issue with it, it could pose a risk if my account was to be compromised as the name/images could be changed to anything with no review.

I propose that I assist someone who has the ability to create applications on the VATSIM UK Discord account with moving the application to the VATSIM UK Discord account rather than it being associated with my account.

UK/Data/Plugin/DiscordEuroscope_config.json would also need amending as necessary here.
