Confirm the Server Public Key Loaded onto the ATECC chip is valid before locking

It's possible to burn a bad key onto the chip if there is a serial communication issue.

I kind of have a temporary fix for this.

I am extracting the last 2 indices which are mostly where we can locate them. Also making sure the length is 18 and 128 respectively. I couldn't push the changes might be because of a protected branch
