Add ± 1/24 sec jump forward / backward

In many cases 1 image precision is needed.
± 1/4 sec in useful for first sync but while subtitling a film with other subtitles on the screen more accuracy is needed.

I agree that this feature is not exposed well enough.

Go to Options > Advanced settings...

And in the settings file, look for AdvancedOptions, and add delayMilliseconds

delayMilliseconds=42

The label of the buttons should adjust accordingly.

• 40 ms: 1/25 sec
• 42 ms: 1/24 sec
• 100 ms: 1/10 sec
• 250 ms: 1/4 sec
• 500 ms: 1/2 sec
• 1000 ms: 1 sec
