Description of Change

• Add Heatit Z-TRM6 support to the Z-Wave Thermostat driver, including Off, Heat, Cool, Eco modes, setpoint control, temperature reporting, power and energy metering.
• Support internal, external, and floor sensor modes.
• Support internal sensor mode with floor sensor limitation (AF) and external sensor mode with floor sensor limitation (A2F).
• Support "Show floor temperature". In AF and A2F, users can show floor temperature using "Show floor temperature" setting.
• Support PWER (Power regulator) mode. In PWER mode, users can set the regulator level from 10% to 100%.
• Support device parameters.

• Test 47: The "Heating temperature" command (setpoint = minimum (5.0°C)) passed on the second attempt.
