PLAN.md 现在按使用者风险和依赖顺序只保留三个下一阶段目标：先版本化 runtime snapshot，再定义 effect cleanup 生命周期，最后发布 agent-safe store/action surface。已经完成的 component facade/runtime inspection 拆分不再误列为下一步。

安全与生命周期

• 版本化 runtime snapshot 并定义兼容迁移 / Version runtime snapshots and define compatible migration #17 明确 legacy snapshot compatibility、unknown version 与 malformed entry 的安全回退。
• 定义组件 effect cleanup 生命周期 / Define the component effect cleanup lifecycle #18 明确 snapshot flush、旧 runtime cleanup 与新 runtime boot 的顺序要求。
• 发布 agent-safe store catalog 与校验 action dispatch / Publish an agent-safe store catalog and validated action dispatch #19 明确工具只能通过 codec-validated dispatch，不能写 raw runtime tree，也不在当前阶段自动 replay 外部 effect。

• 将 发布渐进式组件作者 API / Publish a progressive-disclosure component authoring surface #13 更新为已由 PR 发布渐进式组件作者 API / Publish a progressive component authoring surface #16 合并。
• 新增 版本化 runtime snapshot 并定义兼容迁移 / Version runtime snapshots and define compatible migration #17、定义组件 effect cleanup 生命周期 / Define the component effect cleanup lifecycle #18、发布 agent-safe store catalog 与校验 action dispatch / Publish an agent-safe store catalog and validated action dispatch #19 的优先级、依赖与边界。
• 将 controlled component、module boundary 与 listener helper 规则收敛为持续约束，不为没有真实重复的抽象单独开 issue。
• 历史 issue 隐藏 feature identity 并移除跨组件 store path 协调 / Hide feature identity and remove cross-component store path coordination #7/定义不可达 child component store 的生命周期清理 / Define lifecycle cleanup for unreachable child component stores #9 的 GitHub 标题和正文已同步整理为完整中英双语格式。

PLAN.md now keeps only three next-stage goals in user-risk and dependency order: version runtime snapshots first, define the effect cleanup lifecycle second, and publish an agent-safe store/action surface third. The completed component-facade/runtime-inspection split is no longer presented as future work.
