"What profile should I use?" guide

Perhaps a rework of the existing "Profiles" page:

• instead of listing profiles by name, have headings describing the kind of data structure or domain they apply to (e.g. "I am running a computational workflow" or "I have a structured collection of data" or "I am using ELNs")
• link to the profile registry (https://profiles.ro-crate.org/en/) for further browsing and searching (requires more profiles to be added there, work in progress...)
• mention validation approaches and maybe MASP
• mention how to create a new profile - could move this content to a separate page as it's a pretty common question
