Optional separator for formatPathBytes (reland #28) - #29

Ported from OwlShack. {{formatPathBytes .PathHashes " > "}} joins with the
given separator; the default stays ", ", an empty path is still Direct,
and a second separator is an error rather than silently dropped. The pipe
form keeps working without a separator.

#28 merged into
feat/template-datesjust before GitHub would have retargeted it, so the separator never reached dev. This brings it across: the only diff against dev is #28's change. See #28 for the details.
