Adds hardhat-kms to the Hardhat 3 community plugins list. It signs transactions, messages, and typed data with AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, or Azure Key Vault keys, and works with viem, ethers, and Hardhat Ignition. Version 1.0.0 is published under the MIT license with npm provenance. It requires Hardhat
^3.18.0.The core uses one provider package per cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. The listing links to the documentation. Source, Sepolia proof for 1.0.0, and security policy.
This is a community plugin I maintain in a personal capacity. Are the
kmsandhsmtags appropriate for the list, or should I remove them?Validation: checked the entry against the repository's JSON schema, formatted the changed file with the pinned Prettier version, and ran
pnpm test. The npm last-month downloads endpoint returns a count forhardhat-kms. Onlysrc/content/community-plugins.jsonchanges.
