Pull request overview
Updates Hardhat 3 documentation to cover the new transactionGasCap/blockGasLimit configuration behavior and how --coverage adjusts defaults to avoid contract size and gas-limit issues (resolving #263).
Changes:
- Document disabling
blockGasLimitforedr-simulatednetworks and add docs fortransactionGasCap(including default behavior by hardfork). - Clarify Solidity tests configuration for
blockGasLimit/transactionGasCap(number/bigint vsfalse, disabled by default). - Update the code coverage guide to explain
--coveragedefault overrides and precedence of explicit user config.
