fastmcp 上限从 <3.0 放宽到 <4.0，允许安装 v3.x 版本。fastmcp 是一个相对年轻的库，API 在不同 major version 间可能有较大变化。项目中 MCP 相关功能（如 tool registration、server 管理）深度依赖 fastmcp，建议在合并前确认 v3.x 的 breaking changes 并跑一遍 MCP 集成测试。
