ReversalIndexOperations.SetName (~:366-400) writes the reversal index's Name in the default analysis writing system. FieldWorks derives a reversal index's displayed name from its writing system, so a value written here is not what the user sees in FLEx. The call succeeds and appears to do nothing.
Ask: either document SetName as ineffective (with a pointer to how the displayed name is set), or remove or deprecate it.
