When a unique string
constshadows a same-named global only inside another scope, memberNameOfstill substitutes that constant for references outside its scope becauseconstMapis keyed solely by identifier text. For example, function f() { const Infinity = 'fetch'; void Infinity; } void (globalThis as any)[Infinity];is harmless—the outerInfinityis the numeric global—but this change makesusesOutboundNetworkreturntrue. Confirm that an identifier key's binder symbol resolves to the collectedconstdeclaration before treating its initializer as the member name.Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
