Updates English roadmap, changelog and progress for merged #923. Records two observed Red/Green cycles, 3,048 passing unit tests, TypeScript/lint/build, and 66 passing Docker E2E scenarios on VPS. Also explicitly records the two earlier authentication failures and unresolved intermittent test-server outage; diagnostic logging enabled on the passing full run, no retries or bypass. CI/performance/Vercel passed; Sonar HTTP 403 before analysis remains advisory. Dedicated visual retry states and promotion beyond dev remain open. Formatting and diff checks passed on VPS.
