Adding LLMeter to the Observation section (alphabetical order, between Latitude and OpenLLMetry).
LLMeter is an open-source LLM cost monitoring tool. Unlike proxy/SDK-based tools, it polls each provider's billing/usage API directly (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenRouter) — no proxy, no SDK, no code changes — and adds per-customer cost attribution plus budget alerts before surprise bills. AGPL-3.0, self-hostable.
