Another API, another obscured key...
Uptodown got website downloads locked behind Cloudflare Turnstile, but they also have anonymous auth API used by their app.
Webpage scraping is fixed instead of getting replaced, so we can grab XAPK file ID without dealing with device hardware profile registration (which yielded inconsistent results in my testing).
Also added search while I'm at it. It uses website's suggestion endpoint since the search API responses don't include app URL we need and search page sometimes gives 404s on automated requests + requires more parsing.
