The release job failed on main because the last release tag had no
vprefix, so commitizen tried to create an empty bump commit instead of skipping. Av5.2.0tag is now pushed on the same commit as5.2.0, so the legacy format is no longer needed.legacy_tag_formatsfrom the commitizen config
