• Add support for CMPPARM and LNKPARM
• Fix version parsing (related to tools-400/irpgunit@2a6c195)
• Approve usage of product library if not already approved after installation

How To Test

1. Create a testing.json file.
2. Add the new parameters as "cmpparm": "TEXT(ABC)" and "lnkparm": "TEXT(DEF)".
3. Observe they are used in the resolved commands when running a test.
