This doesn't work, some CSS rule is wrong - the colour is almost but not quite the same as the background |

Ah, it's not following the HTML from the design system https://iati.github.io/design-system/?path=/docs/components-footer--docs Also that suggests the terms link should be before copyright :-P |

@jarofgreen ha! The iatistandard.org website doesn't fully use the design system but it would be good to align wherever possible. |

Once this PR is merged and deployed I will remove those pages entirely.
TIL that Wagtail only redirects if the redirect from: URL isn't an extant page, which makes sense, but was confusing.
