Unify image catalog and scale findings search

Summary

• present Assets and executable Targets as one Images catalog in the console
• resolve and relink the matching Asset whenever an image reference is registered or changed
• backfill existing target/asset links and enforce the database invariant
• replace 10,000-item in-memory finding searches with PostgreSQL pagination and bounded DynamoDB cursor batches
• avoid repeated DynamoDB summary reads after the first findings page

Verification

• mvn -pl backend -am -DskipITs test (50 backend/core tests plus 14 AWS adapter tests passed)

pm test -- --run (2 tests passed)

pm run build (passed)

• PostgreSQL/Testcontainers integration tests compile but could not run locally because Docker was unavailable; CI remains the integration gate

This commit uses the personal public identity gabrivacarog@gmail.com. Existing commits authored with the corporate address are unchanged because removing them requires rewriting and force-pushing main.
