Begin importing rdl-jkan branding and modify styles
Spacing, list group styling, border radius
City tracker rows should link to filtered datasets page, add editor to nav, indent city tracker rows, fix default city sorting, center landing page copy, filter bank spacing and badge alignment
Keep add button on fulfilled datatype rows, tweak city tracker nav styling, compare cities copy, address horizontal scroll

Make City Tracker have plausible secondary/tertiary sorting depending on chosen sort; Pull styles from rdl-jkan; Add collapsible section to each city tracker row to break down coverage by category; View button on city tracker should take you to filtered catalog page; Add editor button for datasets and cities in header nav;Indent data type within each category; Default selected city should be first after sorting; Center landing page hero copy; Add submitter contact info to sign up flow and store in datasets; Keep add buttton if datatype is fulfilled; Fulfilled/unfulfilled on compare cities; Clean up city tracker city filter design to be one line; Hide bottom scrollers on filters
