GPU-NEGF Solver Implementation of two Python functions, Gpu_3d_Recursive.py and Gpu_3d_Block_Recursive.py, work on 3-diagonal matrices and 3-block-diagonal matrices, respectively, for the GPU acceleration of recursive NEGF algorithm.
