Deprecate
nightgauge.nightgauge-vscodein favor ofnightgauge.nightgauge.nightgaugenightgauge.nightgauge(Nightgauge for VS Code)nightgauge.nightgaugeso its ID matches the Visual Studio Marketplace. Installs stay allowed (disallowInstall: false); we may move back to the original ID later and would ask for this entry to be removed then.
