I'm the publisher of the nguyentruong354 namespace. The live-serve extension was renamed twice to get the same identity on Open VSX and the Visual Studio Marketplace: live-serve is taken on the Marketplace by another publisher, and live-serve-native can no longer be used there. It is now nguyentruong354.live-serve-rs, published on both: https://open-vsx.org/extension/nguyentruong354/live-serve-rs

This marks the two old IDs as deprecated with the new one as their replacement and disallows new installs of them. Settings (liveServe.*) and commands are the same in the new extension.

these 2 extensions have very low download numbers, what is the purpose of preserving the extension by deprecating it? You can also just delete them.

Both old IDs were only public for about a day, so few real users are affected. I'd still prefer deprecating them, so anyone who installed one in an Open VSX editor is pointed to live-serve-rs instead of staying on a version that never updates. If you'd rather delete them, that's fine too. Just let me know whether I should do it or you will, and I'll close this PR.
