• This extension has an OSI-approved OSS license. It does not: the extensions have a proprietary license. This PR only adds deprecation entries to extension-control/extensions.json.

Description

This PR marks two extensions in the Codeium namespace as deprecated and disallows new installs:

• Codeium.codeium
• Codeium.codeium-enterprise-updater

Both extensions are out of date and are not supported. There is no replacement extension. The same extensions are already unpublished on the Visual Studio Marketplace.

I am an owner of the Codeium namespace on Open VSX (GitHub ID pqn). The other extensions in the namespace do not change.

You can deprecate the extensions, however if you already deleted them from the VSC Marketplace, why do you want to keep them around at open-vsx.org? You can also delete them.
