What is this PR about?
Update of the SolidPing template to 0.41.0, the current release (the blueprint was at 0.32.1).

Also in meta.json: "40+ check types" instead of "40", and the website and docs links point to the canonical hosts (www.solidping.io, docs.solidping.io).
Tested with the same compose file and image 0.41.0 in Docker: the container starts on an empty volume,
/api/mgmt/healthanswers 200 and/api/mgmt/versionreports 0.41.0. Not tested in a Dokploy instance.Checklist
