What is this PR about?

Closes #1075 by adding Coollabs' Shoutrrr social media scheduler, pinned to 1.5.4.

The template follows upstream's single-container production deployment, with persistent SQLite and storage volumes, a generated encryption key, and the bundled queue worker and scheduler. It includes health checks, log rotation, and closed public registration after the first owner is created.

Email, social-provider credentials, Redis, and external databases are optional. The setup guide explains HTTPS, first-owner setup, provider callbacks, backups, and upgrades. The environment reference covers all 258 active application variables, plus image controls and example/build-only settings, and distinguishes required settings from optional integrations. Additional variables pass through Dokploy Environment without editing Compose.

Validation

  • Metadata, Compose/TOML validators, required-variable guards, and the catalog build passed. All four GitHub CI checks pass on the final commit.
  • Exported the Base64 configuration from the PR preview and deployed it in a fresh, isolated Dokploy 0.30.8 service behind Traefik. Default startup, migrations, health, owner signup, closed registration, and API authentication passed without optional credentials.
  • Created an API key, draft, and image upload. A scheduled post went through the bundled scheduler and worker to a local HTTPS Discord mock, which captured the expected content; Shoutrrr saved the remote ID.
  • Stop/start and container recreation preserved the owner login, draft, media, API token, encryption key, RSA keys, and decrypted account credentials. HTTPS login, secure cookies, public media, optional SMTP verification mail, and its signed HTTPS link passed. No application or browser JavaScript errors were observed in these flows.

The tested environment, reproduction steps, and limits are recorded in blueprints/shoutrrr/testing.md. Social delivery used a local mock, SMTP used a local capture server, and TLS used a local/default certificate. Live OAuth/provider delivery, public ACME issuance, external databases/queues, and S3 were not tested.
