The purpose of this refactor is to make things modular and scalable, as Rob grows fast both in features and users, the new system makes adding commands easier and cleaner using the discord.py commands extension
Sorry dogo, I removed obun because at this point it was harder to make it work with obun than just removing it
NOTE: this has not been fully tested
Edit: I also included the Markov chain logic used in the server now included directly in the source
