[DOCS-14868] Fix casing of archives and Archive Search permission in Logs docs#38083

- Lowercase generic mid-sentence references to "archives"/"archive" that had been miscapitalized as if the word were a proper noun - Fix "Logs Read Archive" and "Read Archives" to the correct permission name "Logs Read Archives" - Lowercase "log pipelines, log indexes, and log archives" for consistency with how these terms are cased elsewhere in the docs
