Overall: solid and accurate, but I'd pull it up a level. The three-tab structure is the right backbone and the rewrite is a real improvement. My one piece of feedback is that it's drifted toward enumerating the UI rather than explaining it — most sections list every item in the tab (every resource type, every On-Call sub-section, etc.). I've left inline suggestions to compress each tab to a one-sentence overview of what a user will find there, keeping the genuinely page-specific behavior (the Include Subteams toggle, the header edit affordances, the Managed badge). The goal is to describe the page at a level that stays true as the product evolves, and link out for the details. |

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes OMG-1584
Updates the Team Management documentation for the unified team page. Rewrites the team detail section around the three tabs (Info, Resources, and On-Call), documents each tab's sections and the Include Subteams toggle, updates the editing and settings instructions, and removes the obsolete Page Layout section.
