closed: column-name micro-optimization has no retained delta

Closed only after normal descendant repair and fresh tree verification. This branch removed source-data subsetting while claiming an O(1) performance win, but that subsetting also enforced that the fitted-model column set remained present in the corresponding source data. No reproducible product-representative allocation/latency benchmark was committed to justify weakening that boundary. Descendant bf36d420570548863380f570e71b02bc32e84bb8 restores the protected master@f87c2324f1686135e57d8730c1b0b9420874f300 tree exactly; fresh compare is ahead 2 / behind 0 with files=[]. Experimental history remains visible. No force update, destructive rebase, or semantic delta is retained.
