Verified-successor closure. The only valid production behavior here is the same three
R/aFIPC.Rchanges from^[0-9]+$to exact^[12]$now carried by canonical Draft #330 at4b38d796e411e4e87c5bf8e9d0ea2f1c65a589fe. #330 additionally executes exportedautoFIPC()through the real prompt boundary for bounded invalid-input and accepted-2behavior. This PR's generated.jules/sentinel.mdentry generalizes the local menu rule and asserts an unproven DoS severity, so it is intentionally not inherited. No independent valid test, fixture, contract, or product delta remains unique here; this is not a merge.
