💡 What: Python 텍스트 파싱 시 한 글자씩 리스트에 추가하던 코드를 string slicing 방식으로 변경했습니다.
🎯 Why: 반복문 내부에서 단일 문자를 리스트에 append하는 방식은 O(N^2) 오버헤드를 유발하여 긴 문자열이나 로그를 파싱할 때 성능 저하의 주범이 됩니다.
