al-gorithm-con op 2026-06-01 (van Codeberg):

Hydra pre-flight — spec too large to build

The spec at implement-dashboard-settings has 26 unchecked tasks in tasks.md. The builder's turn budget cannot finish a spec this size in one cycle. Catching this here (before the container spins up) keeps the slot free for buildable work.

Action required: split this spec into smaller chunks of ≤ 20 tasks each, or hand it to a local builder agent (operator dispatches via scripts/local-builder.sh).

This issue has been escalated to needs-input. The pipeline will not retry until the spec is resized or a local-built PR lands.

Built and handed to Hydra review — see PR #19. spec:too-large removed (no longer needs the local-builder).
