Feature/better duplicates in schedule

This is an initial step towards fixing #742

This adds the required field to the models, and update the checks to use it.

It also adds a simple test to ensure that this works as expected values > 1

Further work will change the schedule editor to not display items with 'schedule_duplicates == 0', update the documentation and add more tests around this feature
