[blocked]Harvester production cleanup: run individual harvests for migrated records

• take records from these communities: IT, FASER, L3, ALEPH, DELPHI, OPAL (check if we migrated anything else before putting harvester to prod)
• for each record check if it has INSPIRE ID
• if record has inspire ID, then run one single harvest for this record to get the missing modifications
