Hey @Blipz,
I've added new command for Discord bot to test the rendering - you can try ?armoria-vercel france or other string. The generation not that stable as before as fails from time to time, but that's fine. Can we add caching to api routes so that Discord see the file as stable? It looks it's the reason why Discord only posts a link, not image. I've disabled Auth on Vercel side, so now it returns correct headers, but still no cache.

The usual generation issue is: Error: Failed to launch the browser process!

After more tests it works in Discord, but it struggles with it a lot, not sure why. From time to time it's pretty fast and no issues.

I haven't been able to reproduce the generation issue.
Regarding the occasional slowness, I suppose it's due to the browser process respawning as it seems to occur after some period of inactivity. Maybe we can do something to keep the process longer.
